Dr. G. Gangadharan Nair is the Chairman, Managing Committee, Chinmaya Shodh Sansthan (Research Institute) besides being head of several statutory bodies in the national level.
Dr. Gangadharan Nair holds masters degrees in Sanskrit and Russian Language and Literature and a Ph. D. in Sanskrit.
He completed 38 years of post graduate teaching in Govt. Colleges and retired as Professor and Head, Department of Vyakarana, Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady, in 2007.
Dr. Gangadharan Nair is actively engaged in research specializing in Indology, Sanskrit Linguistics, Ancient Indian Sciences, Indian Philosophical Systems and produced 20 Ph. Ds during his academic career, besides guiding several M. Phil. students.
He has published more than 100 Research papers in reputed Research journals. Authored books like Samskrita Vyakarana Charitam, Samskrita Prabodhini, Samskrita Sandipani, etc. Along with his co-authors he edited several research journals and books like the Journal of Sukrtindra Oriental Research Institute, publications of Viswa Sanskrita Pratishthan, Samskrita Bharati, Kerala) and the Complete Works of Shri Sankarachrya published by Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady.
He was honoured on several occasions for excellence in Sanskrit erudition such as: V. Krishnan Thampi memorial Gold medal in 1966; Kaliyath Swamiyar Smaraka Suvarnamudra in 2009; Panditaratnam, honorary title conferred by Viswa Sanskrita Pratishthan (Samskrita Bharati) Kerala in 2013; K. P. C. Narayanan Bhattathiripad memorial Acharya Puraskar in (2015).
He is founder of several noteworthy institutions and programmes, resource person to a number of important academic programmes and has active role in the promotion and propagation of Sanskrit in the international level.

Dr. Dilip Kumar Rana is Director, Chinmaya Shodha Sansthan, Veliyanad in the Adarsh Shodha Sansthan scheme of Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan under the control of Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Education, Govt. of India.
He had his schooling at Rajnagar, Keonjhar in the state of Orissa and went on to study Sanskrit obtaining Masters (Acharya) in Advaita Vedanta from Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, New Delhi. He also has an M.A. in Sanskrit from Delhi University. He was awarded Ph. D. in Vedanta for his critical edition of Bhashyartharatnaprabha which is a commentary on the Brahmasutrashankarabhasya.
Dr. Rana started his career as a Research Assistant in the renowned Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts [IGNCA], which is known for carrying out research on Indian art and culture, under the Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India. He worked there about 22 years in various capacities such as a Researcher and then moved on to become the Assistant Director of the National Mission for Manuscripts which is an acclaimed project sponsored by the Government of India and has done several works for the development of Manuscript studies.
Dr. Rana’s significant contributions include publication of three books and about 15 research articles besides delivering hundreds of lectures on Manuscriptology and ardently participating in number of seminars and workshops in different universities and research institutions.
He is fervently working on several institutional projects as well as those funded by national agencies. He has been Director of the Chinmaya Shodha Sansthan since 2009.

Dr. V. R. Manoj is Dy. Director of Chinmaya Shodha Sansthan, Adi Sankara Nilayam, Veliyanad, [Ernakulam] Kerala.
After studying Sanskrit in Sri Ramakrishna Mission at a young age, he took his Master’s degree at the Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupathi (AP), specializing in the Paniniyan system of Sanskrit grammar, another degree in Education and obtained a Ph. D. in grammar from Sri Chandrasekharendrasaraswathi Viswamahavidyalaya, Enathur, Kanchipuram (TN) for his thesis entitled Pratyyavimarsa.
For three years he worked as a lecturer in the same university, and then accepted a visiting faculty assignment for two years in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur. Thereafter he coordinated the Centre for Sanskrit and Vedic Studies, Bharatiya Vidyabhavan, Puthucode, Kerala.
Dr. Manoj’s significant contributions include a commentary entitled Purnima, on the Aakhyatachandrika of Bhattamalla which is a lexicon of synonymous Sanskrit verbs, Dhatunamanekarthatvasadhanam - a book that validates the multiple senses of roots and Pratyayasarvaswam (Part - I) which is a lexical work on suffixes besides publication of about 60 research papers in the Sanskrit grammar, Sanskrit literature and Indian perspectives of psychology.
Some of his working projects include: (1) Agamasara, a lexicon on affixes. (2) Adesadesa, a lexicon on substitutes. (3) Theme of Astadhyayi, a practical guide to the structural and functional aspects of Panini’s Astadhyayi. This will also be a compendium of grammatical terminologies. (4) Domains in Ashtadhyayi. (5) Anubandhanirupanam. (6) Plurals in certain aphorisms of Panini. (7) Kriyanighantu, a contemporary sort thesaurus of Sanskrit verbs with English equivalents and plenty of examples drawn from classic poetry. (8) Nanarthakosa, a lexicon of Sanskrit homonyms in the model of a contemporary dictionary. (9) A Commentary on the Saradeeyakhyanamamala of Harshakeerthi. (10) A Commentary on the Nanarthamanjari of Raghava and (11) Idioms and Phrases in Sanskrit.

Dr. Rajashekar Reddy is Dy. Director of Chinmaya Shodha Sansthan, Adi Sankara Nilayam, Veliyanad, [Ernakulam] Kerala.
He holds a Master’s degree in Sanskrit from Osmania University, Hyderabad – Telangana, M. Phil. in Manuscriptology from Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati (AP), PG Diploma in Epigraphy from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati (AP), PG Diploma in Epigraphy from the Dept. of Ancient Indian History - Culture and Archaeology, College of Arts, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, Honors From Sri Kailasasagarasuri Jnanabhandar, Kobateertham, Ahmadabad, Gujarath and Ph. D. from Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati (AP).
He was Project Fellow in the Dept.of Research & Publications, Sri Venkateshwara Vedic University, Tirupati (AP) for two years doing MSS editing and proof reading, publication works & co-ordinating the works related to the Diploma in Hindu Dharma Online Course. He was Junior Research Fellow for three months in MSP/ASSP at Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, New Delhi for proof reading, HTML tagging & verification. He was Project Fellow for nearly four years doing editing & collation of manuscripts and proof reading, MSS. survey, digitization, DTP etc. at UGC/MRP/VVJ, Dept. of Research & Publications, Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati for his thesis entitled, Critical Edition of Jataveda Dikshita’s commentary on the Amarakosha.
He is well-versed in ancient scripts such as Sharada, Grantha, Nandinagari, Kannada, Old-Devanagari, Old-Telugu, Brahmi etc.
Dr. Rajashekar Reddy taught for a year in Sri Venkateswara Vedic University, Tirupati and one year as Assistant Professor (Guest Faculty) in the Dept. of Sahitya, Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, Shri Ranbir Campus, Kot Bhalwal, Jammu, J & K. He has to his credit 3 publications and participation in several national and international seminars and workshops.
